Is there a CPT^® code for PET/CT for calcium scoring?

There is not a PET/CT CPT code for calcium scoring. There is a CT CPT^® code, but not a PET/CT CPT code. If calcium scoring is performed as part of a cardiac PET/CT, it would not be reported separately.
