Coding for abbreviated breast MRIs

In a previous Q&A, you answered a question regarding the abbreviated breast MRIs & said the diagnosis code submitted should be Z12.39. Would this be the only diagnosis code that should be used, or should we also submit codes of abnormal findings if any?

 If the MRI was completed as a screening exam, the primary/first diagnosis code would be Z12.39. If there are abnormal findings, they can be included as additional diagnoses.
